Methodology for Estimating the Human Capital Series 1964-2004 is also included with the database. This document describes the procedures used in the preparation of the working-age, active, in employment and unemployed population series for the period 1964-2004, classified according to the level of education attained. This document outlines and details the methodology previously used by the Ivie to take into account the longer time period covered.
